Service Delivery

Juristra Real Estate is an online legal due-diligence service. Nothing is shipped: every report and document is delivered online.

1. How you receive your report. Your report and requisitions are delivered on your private matter page, in your client account (sign in with your email) and by email as PDF attachments, to the email address you gave when you submitted the matter.
2. When the clock starts. Our delivery times count from the moment we confirm that your documents are complete and legible and that the scope and fee are agreed. If we need anything more from you, the clock pauses until you reply.
3. Delivery times. Basic: the automated preliminary report is sent once the documents have been read and the fee is paid. Verified and Title Opinion: we aim to release the report within 24 to 48 hours, round the clock, including weekends and public holidays. Transaction Assist: the observations and revised draft agreement follow the review, and negotiation calls are arranged with you. Searches, public notices and other extra services take longer; a public notice includes newspaper publication and an objection period (commonly 14 days). Times are targets, not guarantees.
4. Tracking. Your private matter page shows each stage, what we need from you and the expected date. We email you when the report is released.
5. If you have not received it. Check your spam folder first, then sign in to your client account, where every released report stays available. If it is still missing, email hello@juristra.ai with your matter reference.
