    Terms and Conditions
    1. Who we are and what this service is. Juristra Real Estate (the "Service") is operated in India by Tramarkify Business Private Limited ("Juristra", "we", "us"). It prepares an AI-assisted title due-diligence report and requisitions on title from the documents you upload. A practising advocate reviews, edits and approves each report before it is released to you, and issues it under his or her own name and enrolment number. Juristra is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
    2. The advocate. The reviewing advocate acts for you only under a separate written engagement made at your request. By submitting a matter you ask Juristra to arrange that review and you agree that the engagement is on these terms until a separate letter replaces them. Nothing is legal advice until the advocate has released the report.
    3. Time to deliver: 24 to 48 hours, round the clock. We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. We aim to release your report within 24 to 48 hours of the moment we confirm that your documents are complete and legible, that we have every detail we need and that the scope is agreed; we will tell you when that moment has come, and it is then shown on your tracking page. This is a target, not a guarantee and not a condition of the contract. The time stops running while we wait for you (for example when we ask for more documents) and does not include time taken by third parties for services you order, such as courts, registries, government offices and newspapers. Physical searches and public notices take longer. A public notice needs newspaper publication and an objection period (commonly 14 days), and the report is issued only after that period ends. The expected time for each is shown when you select it and on your tracking page. Time is not of the essence, and no compensation, set-off or damages are payable for delay.
    4. What you are ordering and what it costs. The scope is the review of the documents you upload plus only the additional searches or services that the reviewing advocate recommends and you approve. Anything not approved is not done, and the report lists it as not verified. Each extra service increases the fee. Fees are as shown when you submit or as confirmed to you in writing before work starts; government fees, newspaper charges and travel costs are extra. A fee is refundable only where we are unable to deliver a report, or as the remedy in clause 9(d); otherwise it is not refundable.
    5. Your documents and information. You must give complete, genuine and legible documents and correct details, tell us if anything is missing or later changes, and be entitled to share what you upload. We read copies. We do not verify that a document is genuine or that a signature is authentic unless the report says so. A report is only as accurate as what you give us: if any of it is wrong, incomplete or withheld, the report may be wrong or unusable to that extent and neither Juristra nor the advocate is responsible for the consequences. You will bear, and keep us and the advocate harmless from, any loss or claim caused by a document or statement of yours that is false, incomplete or unauthorised.
    6. AI, translations and human review. Draft reports are prepared with AI software, which can misread documents, miss points, mistranslate or state things that are wrong. The reviewing advocate checks and approves each report before release, but a review does not make the report error-free. English translations are courtesy translations only, are not certified, and the original document prevails.
    7. What a report is, and is not. A report covers only the documents you upload, the services you ordered, and the date and time it states. It is an opinion on those documents. It is not a guarantee, warranty or insurance of title, a valuation, a survey, or advice on price, tax, structure or possession. Online records are often incomplete; a search that was not ordered, or could not be done, is not covered. Later events are not covered. It does not replace a physical inspection or the registry and court searches it says are still needed.
    8. Your decisions and reliance. Any decision to buy, sell, lend, lease, pay or complete is yours alone and at your own risk. Do not sign, pay or complete on the basis of a draft, a tracking page or an email: rely only on the released report, read together with its limitations and its "not verified" items. The report is for you alone, for the transaction described. Nobody else, including a bank or a co-buyer, may rely on it without the reviewing advocate's written consent.
    9. No liability: the agreed position. You and we agree the following, and you confirm that you have had the chance to take your own advice on it: (a) the Service and every report are provided on an "as is" basis, on the documents and information you supply; (b) to the fullest extent the law allows, neither Juristra, Tramarkify Business Private Limited, its group companies, directors, employees and affiliates, the reviewing advocate, nor the AI provider is liable to you, or to anyone claiming through you, for any loss, damage, claim, cost or expense of any kind, direct or indirect, including any loss of money paid for a property, loss of bargain, profit or opportunity, a defect in title, forgery, an undisclosed charge, claim or dispute, or a third-party claim, arising from your use of or reliance on a report, from any error, omission or delay by the AI or by a person, or from the Service being unavailable; (c) the report is not a guarantee of title; (d) your sole and exclusive remedy for any shortcoming in a report is, at our option, a fresh review of that report or a refund of the fee you paid for it; (e) if liability is nonetheless found, our total liability for all claims about a matter is limited to the fee you paid for that matter (and is nil where no fee was paid); (f) you will not claim against the individual advocate, directors, employees or the AI provider personally for anything covered by this clause; and (g) nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. This clause survives the end of the Service.
    10. Third parties and events beyond our control. We rely on third parties, including the AI provider, email and hosting services, government portals, courts, registries and newspapers. We are not responsible for their failure, delay, outage or error, or for fire, flood, epidemic, power or internet failure, strike, change of law, government action or any other event beyond our reasonable control. Delivery times move accordingly.
    11. Your data. We process your documents and details to prepare and deliver your report, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Documents are stored privately and are visible only to the Juristra team and the reviewing advocate. AI processing is carried out by Anthropic PBC (United States), a third-party service that may process your documents outside India and which does not use them to train its models under its API terms. Documents are sent to it only to prepare your report. Uploaded files are deleted automatically 90 days after your report is released; the report and our records of the matter are kept. Optional document autofill also sends selected documents to the AI provider after your consent. Temporary uploads that are not submitted are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Backup snapshots may retain earlier copies until their configured rotation expires; downloaded or off-server backups have separate retention. Reports, issued letters and minimum accountability records may be retained for professional or legal purposes. Deletion requests are reviewed against these obligations. If you tick the optional box, anonymised corrections may be used to improve the Service; your name and contact details will not be used.
    12. Inactive matters. Inactive unreleased matters currently require an administrator retention review; automatic erasure has not been activated. Contact the privacy address for a deletion request. The owner must approve and activate a retention schedule before real client intake.
    13. Privacy requests and identity documents. For access, correction, withdrawal, deletion or a privacy grievance, contact hello@juristra.ai. We review requests subject to applicable professional and legal retention obligations. Mask Aadhaar digits except the last four and remove unnecessary identity details before sharing; do not submit a third party’s identity document without lawful authority. Withdrawal may prevent further processing of your matter.
    14. Confidentiality. The reviewing advocate keeps your matter confidential, subject to the law.
    15. Agreement by electronic acceptance. You agree to these terms, including the confirmations listed at the end, by separately accepting the terms, processing consent and document declaration when you submit a matter. We record the version, the date and time and a hashed network address as proof of acceptance. This is an electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
    16. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by Indian law. A dispute is first raised in writing and discussed for 30 days. If it is not resolved, it is referred to a sole arbitrator appointed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue at Mumbai and the proceedings in English. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief and enforcement.
    17. Changes and contact. We may update these terms for future matters; the version you accepted applies to your matter. Contact: hello@mail.juristra.ai.

    Your confirmations

When you tick "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions", you give each of these confirmations:

    1. I understand the report is prepared by AI and then reviewed, edited and approved by an advocate who issues it under his or her own name and enrolment number (a typed name; no handwritten or digital signature is applied unless one is shown), that AI and people can make mistakes, and that I will rely only on the released report, never on a draft, a tracking page or an email.
    2. I accept that "24 to 48 hours" is a target counted from the moment Juristra confirms that my documents are complete and the scope is agreed, not a guarantee; that extra services such as searches and public notices take longer (a public notice needs newspaper publication and an objection period, commonly 14 days, and the report is issued only after that period ends); and that no compensation is payable for delay.
    3. I accept clause 9, "No liability: the agreed position". The report is an opinion on the documents I supply and not a guarantee of title. Juristra, Tramarkify, the advocate and the AI provider are not liable for any loss arising from my use of it. My only remedy is a fresh review or a refund of the fee paid for that report, and any liability is in any case capped at that fee (nil where no fee is paid).
    4. I confirm my documents and details are genuine, complete and mine to share, and I will bear any loss or claim caused by anything in them that is false, incomplete or withheld.
